What we collect
Contact details, accident details, qualification answers, consent records including timestamp and IP address, and advertising attribution data such as GCLID and UTM parameters.
How your information is used and disclosed
The information you submit is used for one purpose: a free review of your potential injury claim. Your details are disclosed to a licensed Alberta personal injury law firm, whose lawyer reviews them and contacts you directly. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and advertising measurement
The site uses Google and Meta advertising tags to measure whether ads lead to submissions, and stores advertising click identifiers in your browser for up to 90 days. When you submit the form, your email address, phone number, and name are hashed and shared with Google and Meta so they can match the submission to the ad that led to it, and so can a later confirmation that the claim qualifies for a review. Meta also receives the general type of accident and an internal lead-quality score. Your description and your answers about injuries, treatment, and work are never shared with advertising platforms.
Retention and deletion
Submissions and consent records are retained for up to two years from submission, then deleted. Email info@albertainjuryclaim.ca to request deletion at any time.
